Hey guys I haven't been keeping up with things too much so im pretty behind in the world of vishnu...Im currently running the old v3 harness n box in my car...Wat is the newest firmware and maps available for it?

vishnu REALLY needs a way to keep their users up to date on the latest map. they put what I assume is a lot of work into updating maps, functions, firmware, etc and then after the thread on e90post makes it to pg 2....which is within a day, people can't find it!

seriously, get your own forum or your website up to date Vishnu, its in YOUR best interest. Once its up to date w/ the LATEST updates, keep it that way. Hell the celebs can do it on twitter and most of them are dumber than my dog.....why cant you?

only reason I'm even bringing this up is I was helping w/ the install on 3 Procedes at the same time over the weekend and I couldnt find the latest maps w/ out spending 10 minutes searching all over the damned place. I was seriously busy w/ a lot of cars around and that wasn't what I wanted to piss away 10 minutes on.....very frustrating.

The latest maps/firmware have been posted in the same thread for months now. Along with updated documentation. The link is on my sig. It's in the vishnutuning forum in the "new customers read this" thread.

ok cool, thanks for the info. That is however the last place I was going to look for updated maps and firmware. I'm certainly not a new customer nor do I expect new customers to be concerned with updated maps, they wouldnt know any better.

please try and make it easier to find or put a link in your sig saying "newest maps/firmware". I would have clicked on that one

The download site is also cited in the Read Me documentation that we mail out with the Procede

I would love to post up the link in my sig like before but there is now a size limitation for sigs

sucks about the sig limitations honestly, vendors should be given more room to operate.

again though, a read me file for new users does people like me no good at all. Need it easier to find for the users who have been around awhile and dont follow every thread on here.

it cant be that hard to implement somewhere easy to find.
