Chip burner for JB3 ... San Diego...

Just wondering if any fellow JB3 owners can help me update my chip? I don't have the chip burner... I live in East County and would really appreciate some help...

do you have a laptop. I think thats the only way to upday the JB3.

Yea ... I have the laptop but I didn't buy the chip burner... just seeing if anyone here would kindly let me use there's ... i would compensate for the troubles...
