stuck in paint shop

so my car entered the paint shop on friday and the automated teller said that it was scheduled to be completed on the 29th, which was yesterday. i called up again this morning and i was still in the pait shop, and it was still scheduled to be done on the 29th.
is it safe to assume that there is a slight posibility that my car really is completed and that they just havnt updated the service, or am i missing something?

They might be correcting defects that could have occurred during painting.

They ran out of paint. Sorry you'll have to wait another week before the paint comes in

. In all seriousness I'm sure the status just isn't updated yet. I'm on a boat already yet OC and robot lady still says i'm awaiting transport.

Easier said than done, but don't panic. I was "stuck" in the paint shop for a while. It finally updated a couple of days after it was already released to a carrier for transportation to Bremerhaven.

System takes a bit to update sometimes.

yea thats what i thought. so i figured id call a few times while at work.... and not stop until it got updated.

5 calls later i found out that it was all done and waiting for transport to bremmerhaven.
*BTW- hearing the words "production of your car has been completed" is the 2nd greatest feeling in the world (1st is prob seeing the keys to it in your hand)

so apparently 5 times wasnt enough. i had to call when i got home, only to hear my car was put on a trian and is on it way to a boat.

so all in all it was a good day.

i made a mistake yesterday. i had said that my car was on the train when it was actually waiting for the train. just called today at work. car is on the train. i hope i timed it good enough the i wont have to wait long for a ship.

thanks its my first...like you cant tell. but i guess everytime is exciting. i was camping this weekend upstate along the deleware river and we had absolutly no service or anything- completly cut off from society. it sucked cuz i couldnt find out anything. so when i got home a little while ago i called the hotline (i make it sound like an AA number lol) and found out its at the port. so this is the part when i find out who my car is going to be rooming with on the ship. everyone chime in and let me know your status.

my fams 7 is supposed to be done on the 8th so we might be on the same ship if u just missed getting on the last ship
