Anyone purchased BMW on Ebay before?

So I'm still searching for that 07 Silver 335i, and I found one on Ebay that's ALMOST exactly what I wanted, even with the 19" BMW rims and blacklines installed.
I have never ordered a car from Ebay or purchase anything in this price range sight unseen, and I'm very hesitant. This particular vehicle scored very well on AutoCheck and it qualifies for their buy-back guarantee, and I plan on having the 3rd party inspection done.
My question is, if ALL things check out on the inspection (the car should be in great condition mechanically, I'm more worried about blemishes), should I still be hesitant? I know it's not a CPO, but it has low miles and a great deal of the manufacture warranty left. I also would plan on purchase extended warranty and possibly extended maintainence if I keep the car.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

should be okay, but then again, I never had any experience on Ebay other than buying $10 T-Shirts or some $5 rare collectible items.

Here's the car in question. Anyone recognize it? Sounds like a great deal esp. w/ the upgraded wheel package. Any thoughts?

those looks like 18" 189 wheels.... but good price for that low mileage.

They're not 189's, they're the style 199 that you need to upgrade to, they're 19", you can especially tell because that car needs a drop bad.

Exactly, pricey wheels too I see them on eBay for 2500ish. I'm almost a bit concerned about the low miles wondering if it's been in the shop moat of it's life

Yeah but lemon definitely would show up on carfax or autocheck you can't hide that stuff because you have to reregister it and I've seen quite a few low price 335s on eBay with lemon history. This one has clean history

Looks like it doesn't have a sport package, FYI. The sport seats are way better in my opinion.

Yeah, that one doesn't have the sports package. The lack of shadowline trim and sports steering wheel gives it away :/.
