***help removing front bumper***

Hey guys, i want to replace those 3 lower grilles at the bottom of my E92 coupe but supposively i need to remove the whole front bumper.

Does anyone know a place that can do that for a relatively affordable price? Or can anyone help me removing it and i can pay them to help me? Im in the southbay area, but ill drive to wherever you are of course.

I checked the DIY guides already and it looks like a pretty difficult process so i was just wonderin if anyone could assist. Thanks for the help.

I'm retarded to DIY type deals as I am not to mechanically inclined. You'd be surprised how easy it is to remove and put back the front bumper. There is a DIY on here somewhere that I followed when removing my headlights. I was super nervous I'd screw it up, but I managed to do it all. You might need an extra hand to help hold it up when ready to carry it off, but something your wife/ girlfriend, or even a 5 yr old could do to help.
Don't pay anyone, trust me you can do it.
