some small questions about mtech and tips

question 1:
from a distance i saw this black flap things under the mtech bumper.... i think its something to do with the aero kit stuff but does it look like its improper installed? does it suppose to look like that? kinda uneven to me...

question 2:
is there a quick fix for that dent exhaust tip? did thought about a quad tip upgrade be dont have the money right now.

not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not sorry plz move it

anyone do me a favor upload a picture of their mtech bumper buttom for me to compare?

I have an mtech bumper on my E92, so I could be wrong, but I think the part of the flaps that bolts on should be inside the bumper, so that it doesn't look like it's simply attached on like your picture.
