At the point you are at, I would just get them to make it fit, but I would go after RD Sport for all the extra cost and look for a partial refund at least- if they sell it as something that fits, then they should be paying for the extra time it takes to fit!
It takes about 15 minutes to put the factory bumper on, so if it took your body guy longer than that, I would be looking for money back!
