Some advice on getting out of lease... Paid in full
I was hoping you guys could help me answer some Q's. Right now i have a 08 e90 335i that has 30 months and 25k miles left on it. The lease is paid in full. I leased when it had 4.5k miles on it (exec demo). Anyway i want to get out of the lease and get into a CPO 07 or 08 e92 335i with around 15k to 25k miles on it. I would buy it through a BMW dealership. I was hoping you could give me some insight on if this would be a hard thing to do or not and if i'm going to take a financial or credit hit doing so? I appreciate the help. Thanks!

I would suggest putting your car up on swapalease.com and/or leasetrader.com
If you try to get out through BMW Financial, they will charger you an arm and a leg to do so, your best bet is listing the car on those sites.

Post it in the "Cars for Sale" in this forum too. There's quite a few lease takover ads there, and BMW FS has a decent lease assumption program/procedure.
