A flash based program http://hondata.com/reflash.html (you send them them your ECU, they flash it to the program you pick and send it back you)
and 2. K-Pro,http://hondata.com/kpro.html which gives you the software and the ability to have full control over engine Mgmt yourself. I'm assumming the XEDE is more of the flashed based option, just not on the actual ECU itself, more of a piggyback ( so to speak ).

Can I ask Shiv what made you go this way ? (I'm assuming the ability to have total removal of the program if need be?) Just curious, any pros and cons of both systems in your opinion?
He did answer this in a veru detailed way, very recently, but ive lost where he did. Ill look around.

Yep, that's what I was asking. But i'm assuming based on his response that Shiv pays for his own flight. Figure $1300 x 5 people is $6500. At that price a $500 flight is pretty cheap! I'm sure they still have to pay the Dyno shop $60/hr or so...

Wait a minute, so then it's NOT a plug and play system, it needs to be tuned? What am I missing?

What are the power gains compared to stock with only the XEDE as a mod? I've seen the dyno with xede and exhaust, but none without the exhaust.

55-60whp and 70-80lbft of torque, depending on whether you run 91 or 94 octane. I believe these results are for 94.

Just out of curiousity, why did you dump the S2000?

Wow I thought those results were with the exhaust too!!

To be honest I'm considering getting another s. I had to get rid of it. Blew the tranny, got it rebuilt. The diff was ready to blow aswell. I got an offer that was $4K more then what I owed so I let it go. Miss it though.
