Intercooler or Coilovers
Another poll for you mofos. Just because I believe in the democratic process...
Assuming I install the sways, which one would you pick: intercooler or coilovers. For the coilovers, it'd be nice to lower it a bit, but I'm primarily concerned with getting rid of the softness in the stock 323xi suspension. Choose wisely my friends...

coilovers, it is obvious after I sat in your car vs Sonis. You need to lower the car so the center of gravity is not so high.
Edit: Since you already have the FMIC, just install that and get the coilover later!

Unlike you Mr. Soni, I am bound by the concept of resource scarcity. As in no money can't buy no shiet. One or the other.

BTW, I know a place can install the intercooler with a very reasonable cost and not too far from your parents home Last edited by Soni; 07-29-2009 at 09:40 AM.. |

IMHO, I would go for intercooler first if you already have sport suspension. But if you don't have sport suspension, then I would go for the coilovers first.

In anticipation of me dropping an N54 engine into my car. Hopefully the conversion won't be too bad. I'm pretty handy though and since I have all of the parts already, I think I can do the engine swap over a week's time.
