I think I know where you can get free graffiti. Park your car near railroad tracks in Los Angeles. Walk away from your car. Wait few hours and come back to your car. Presto! your car is covered with graffiti. Hope it'll turn out real nice.

this area have some sick art work. i think the owner of the building allow them to tag up the wall. maybe you can hit them up.
