They also come in the same size (19x8 and 19x9) for the new e89 Z9, but with a diierent offset, ET29 front and ET40 rear, just so you know.

Yes, they'll fit, and that's the OEM tiresize for these wheels.
Regarding spacers, it's not a must have, but 10mm in the rear would surely give a more flush look.
