pirelli run-flats @ 25psi... good or bad?
the tyres perform pretty well, took some amazing corners on a mountain road, but...
at 29 front, 32 back, it's really harsh on our Jamaican roads. I have sport package, 161s. I have been searching the net to see how low i can keep the tyres without adverse effects. i have varied the pressures, as low as 24.5psi, which felt fine. Basically just me, occasionally the wife Can anyone advise, all comments welcome... will post my pics and review soon! (took delivery last week, 1st 320d in Jamaica... it's really awesome with stick, still running in) Arctic, terra/titanium, sport package, comfort access, logic 7, xenons, medium tint... ![]() |

Hey E90 Jamaica, good to see another jamaican on the site. I am awaiting delivery of a 325i SG/158 17"wheels/xenon/roof/antracite cloth:leather comb./alum. trim/logic 7 (Sterling motors says I should get it by Oct 1). I did not choose sport suspension because of these potholes. How's the ride with 17" with sport suspension?

I think gioing as low as 20s may affect handling, you should probably stick to mid-30s psi. Do you think that ordering the non-sport suspension would have made a significant difference? Man, I love how the car looks, but am apprehensive about what the ride quality will be like round-town with these bumps and potholes.
![]() By the way, I passed by the dealer today (Sept 8): found them launching the 2006 7-series. There was a black 730i being demo'd. :rocks: ![]() ![]() Last edited by pablob; 09-08-2005 at 08:54 PM.. |

sorry i am just responding. first, i hear you, after 2 weeks, the ride comfort is better, so pressure is back to 28psi. it feels really good now.
sterling did tint the car, they have a guy do it,and he is really good. i got 35% tint. yes, Clover was not amused. but i could not wait... i have to go and show her this week :-) what are you getting? Quote:
