hit and run... paint transfer? solutions?
I was in a parking lot and the space seemed a little tight but still decently manageable. apparently it was difficult for the other driver. I come back to my car to this... lesson learned. i'll take the longer walk next time.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i got a bit of water and a micro fiber towel and rubbed some of the scratches off. the bulk of the damage seems to be paint transfer although i do see some discoloration underneath. i know nothing about detailing and what not, so can someone suggest what tools i need/products to buy to repair it (if possible)? specifics please. thanks.

Always try the least aggressive first. A Magic Eraser is pretty aggressive.
I would try each of the following in order of least to more aggressive: Washing Clay Bar Isopropyl alcohol Laquer thinner Then when you've removed the transfer you can reassess the damage and determine what (if any) paint correction is necessary.

+1, NEVER use a Magic Eraser on paint.
