Offer for a 2008 335i Coupe?

Hey all,

First post here -- been looking for a while now at both used and new e92 335i's. I saw a listing for one that caught my eye (I'm adamant about getting a 6MT). Here are the details:

Sparkling Graphite / Coral Red
6MT
Navigation
Sports Pkg
Premium Pkg
Active Steering
iPod / USB
Cruise control
Rear park distance control

Car has ~30K miles and being offered by private party.

Any thoughts on what a reasonable offer should be?

Thanks guys.

Bump

As an FYI the asking price is $34,000. What's a fair counter do you think?

To me, the asking price is pretty reasonable. However I would probably talk it down two thousand or so. If the seller persist, you tell him you'll pay him in ones.

Quite a few miles for an '08; offer $30k cash and see what happens. $31k would be a good deal.

Considering the options it has, $34k isn't too bad. 30k is a lot of miles so I'd offer $30-31k and see what happens. Check KBB and see what the private party value is. Good luck!
