Bad VW driver on the road

It happened yesterday and I almost got hit by this crazy driver
license plate # 569 LGA white color VW
Can we file a complain to ICBC or Ministry of Transport?
just to report a careless driver maybe they will do something.

I was making a right turn on to Boundry Rd heading south from 22nd Ave.
Green light, I have the right of way.
This VW heading North on Boundry, made a U-turn (not suppose to) from the intersection and almost hit my left side rear passenger door, after that, he gave the finger and he took off like mad and almost hit another car 20 feet ahead.

what an asshole... He does something totally illegal and dangerous, then fingers someone who is driving normally. One of these days, he will get into a major accident and learn his lesson.

ie. he'll cross a serial axe murderer, give him the finger and said serial axe murderer will follow him home and [insert imagination]

You can report him immediately. And if someone else later down the road also does the same, it will corroborate your report.

However, whatever you do, don't try to follow him or aggravate him unneccesarily... because there're too many crazies/druggies in GVA who are high on meth while they're driving and you don't know what stupid things they're capable of.

I hate drivers who'll finger you and drive off like little bitches. If you finger another driver, let the other person respond.

You can report him to the police. If they pull up the driver’s record and it’s bad, they may do something about it. I've done it a couple of times for all the crazy ass red light running semi truck drivers around my area...Man I hate those fools.

If he keeps driving like that, someday he will be caught. There's no need to report him or whatsoever, there's also no evidence that he did this [not claiming that you are lying].
