I'd recommend reading over our auto detailing guide from head to toe and checking out some of our pro detailer articles. After reading both of those in their entirety, you'll have a better understanding than most.

The key is to understand the auto detailing process, proper techniques and the products fall into place after that. If you need a hand putting together a package to fit your needs, please do not hesitate to ask.

Cheers,

George

I think it depends on how much money you are willing to invest in products. As for washing, I recommend using the two bucket method with grit guards or using Optimum No Rinse. For claying, depending on whether you want OTC products or online, I recommend Clay Magic Blue clay. Polishing comes next, and I would definitely consider looking into getting a DA polisher if you wanted to remove swirl marks. As for a wax/sealant, there are a lot of good options out there. Again, it all depends on how much you want to spend.
