Anyone running Michelin Pilot Sport (RSC'S)?
OK -done about 500 miles in car now and loving it.. been on all types of roads wet and dry and I am amazed at the level of grip from this car, in fact I don't think the DTC has kicked in yet, I booted it out of a roundabout in the wet a couple of days ago, I felt a tiny little slip and that was it. The tyres are michy pilot sports run flats, I would say about half worn.
What a difference, things have certainly come on since I had my old E36 320i, I was running 17 inch M3 wheels on that car, and it was very tail happy. Just looked up the price of these tyres enough to make your eyes water , maybe thats why they are so good? |

So the car is gently preventing wheel spin and keeping you in a straight line when you don't know about it!!! The yellow light flashes when you've really overdone it. Try holding the DTC button for 5 secs to switch it all off, then try the same manouvres and it'll probably be worse than your old E36, watch out for the ditch! PS2s are good tyres, but the ride ruined by the runflat version IMO.... BTW I have PS2s, but they will have to come off soon to get some decent ride quality back... |

If you are going to turn it all of in the rain, i think you should try it in a empty car park first.
make sure your will is filled out properly In the wet the E90 is very tail happy |
