Which License LED doesn't throw error for 06 E90 again?

I got tired of searching and would like someone to throw the answer at my face please

I'm looking for the LED license plate light for an 06 E90 that won't throw the error codes.

get the RD LED lecense plate. heard they dont cause errors

The RD setup are complete replacement housings that do not cause errors so that would be the way to go for the 06's.

these are the units i bought. same RD ones everyones talking about. they are insanely bright. and do not cause an error. i hav an 06 330i. and i think they are cheaper than other places. got to me in 4 days

Got mines from andrew had them on for about 5 months now, No problems and no errors. They are bright as heck too.

How does brightness compare to the newer cars with stock leds? Also do license plate leds do the disco strobe on engine start-up when the car checks the bulbs for the first few seconds like angel eye leds do?

the racing dash's do not do the disco strobe. they are insanely bright. they leave a big white beam on the ground behind your car. ive had friends tell me when following from a good distance that the white overpowers my taillights

That's exactly why I haven't purchased these. I like the way the newer OEM's look. I wish somebody made one with 4 or so LED's instead of 18. A bit overkill if you ask me.

thats only for angel eyes and its perfectly normal

I bought mine from andrew@karbonwerke. The item doesn't seem to be active anymore though, but pm him and he might help. 100% error free and very good looking- even got compliments from my dealer's tech who installed them.
