Where should I go to have the DP installed?

Just gave them a call.
They quote me 8 hours for the installation at $95/hr
$760 just for installation!!
That sounds a little bit ridiculous for me.

LOL, wow what a bunch of lying sack of shits, 8 hours for dps?? No thank you.

Extreme Autoparts in Marysville, they charge like $90 plus or minus $20 (it's been so long, I can't remember) for dp installation. Takes about an hour, I've gotten my dp's installed from them twice along with a few other members.

I didn't ask for his name.
I was put on hold for 5 minutes while he was checking with their tech for the quote and $760 is the answer I got, which is absolutely BS.

Their rate is pretty high based on my past experience but I'll call 2morrow and check.

You might try Group 2 in Seattle. Earlier this year they estimated about $350 and that was allowing extra time because at the time it would have been their first install on a 335i. They've probably done a few by now and have the price figured out.

Good post. Definitely would like to know the best price for a decent shop to install DP's.
I've installed downpipes on previous cars but have no interest doing it on the 335.

Car Nutz do not install catless DP. They said it's against the law.
Called Group 2 earlier this morning but their tech or estimator is out of town till next Wednesday. Will check back with them next week.

Took him 3 hours to install it.
Not a bad deal right??

3 hours seems pretty reasonable for me, compare to the quote from speedware for 8 hours!!

Speedware is the same shop that quoted me 8 hours to install coilovers... must be the BMW minimum...
