put less than 200 miles on it in the past month and half.

The car is in mint/best condition.
No Accidents, Nothing wrong. Clean Title.
Stock Clutch & Fly Wheel, Still Great, Doesn't Stick or Slip.
Oil Changes Every 2500-3300 Miles with Full Synthetic @ Nissan Dealerships.
Always kept in my parking complex, not exposed to sun much.
Always hand washed by myself, I've spent close to 4-500 at
Autozone and other stores on car washing and detailing supplies.
2 Buckets, full 8-9 steps.
