Lease assumption available for final twelve months on a 2007 335i sedan. The car is Black Sapphire with black leather interior. The car is virtually loaded, including Sport Package, Premium Package, Navigation/I-Drive, Steptronic, Cold Weather Package, Active Steering, Sirius satellite radio. Lease term expires on approximately 9/15/2010 (12 months remaining). MSRP on car was over $50,000. I negotiated an excellent lease deal on the 335i at only $565 + tax per month (at 6% Michigan tax, total is $598 per month for me). The car is in excellent condition and is very well maintained. The car currently has 41,600 miles on it. There are 9,400 miles left on the lease for the 12 months (leased the car with approximately 6,000 miles and lease provides 15,000 miles per year). Additional miles can be purchased from BMW for only 16 cents per mile. The vehicle is located in the Southeast Michigan area. Residual buyout at the end of the lease term is approximately $29,000.

As an additional incentive for the lease assumption, I will pay the $500 lease transfer cost to BMW Financial and I will provide for free an excellent winter tire/wheel package that consists of 17 inch Rial Salerno wheels with BMW center caps and Dunlop M3 WinterSports. I paid over $1100 on the winter tire/wheel setup and will provide for free with the lease assumption.
