Question on winter tires

I've used blizzacks and they worked great.

this year I want to try something different. I recently came accross Hankook Icebears. Any thoughts as to how these tires fair in 3-4 inch of snow and are they loud?

my other option is dunlop 3D.

any feedback on these tires above would be appreciated. I am looking for quiet tires for highway driving, i live in the boons so there are times i get 3-5 inches of snow, and I want good thread life. any suggestions?

I live in Richmond Hill, anywhere local I can buy winter tires?

thanks,
