I have an 06 325i non-xenon car. My dad decided he would surprise me with this:

the people he bought them from assured him they would fit my car, I just want to make sure these will definitely not fit my car...

No they won't. You shouldn't have angel eyes now to upgrade.

Sorry to say, but that's just the LED bulbs for the angel eyes on the xenon headlights. So you can't ues that with your halogen headlights.

e90s, you would need xenons first to be able to have angel eyes

That won't work in a halogen housing. Tell your dad to suprise you again with a OEM xenon housing.

I did a conversion myself.. The avatar pic is of my headlights.
