Full size spare?
I'm thinking about buying the spare tire kit from Tischer or buying a style 189 front wheel with a 225/40/18 mounted on it to use as a spare.
I currently have the staggered 189's on my e92 and was wondering if anyone else has a full size setup? Is it safe to put a "front" 189 wheel and tire on the rear if needed as a spare. will the extra weight mess with my car's stance or have any ill effects on the suspension? Thanks!

I carry a front 189 with a 225/40/18 snow tire on it in my trunk. It pretty much takes up the entire trunk. For some reason I don't carry a jack I figure if I get a flat on the road I will figure something out (I know not smart but the folding jacks won't fit under my car).
Anyway I have run this on the rear with no issue. Even with my other rear tire being a 265/30 on a 19x9.5 it wasn't very far but the car didn't have any problems. The overall height is just about the same, that's all that really matters.
