So why does the CF have a tighter fit? are you saying that the mold is not the same and that you aren't guaranteeing fitment?

We are not a factory that produces carbon fiber parts, we overlay our polymer parts with carbon.

Our molds and tolerances are very high to a point where our lips will snap on to your bumper and fit so snug that you would not even need any tape to hold them down (that what our customers are saying). Also the material we use is a polymer that is more flexible then fiberglass or FRP.

If we overlay our parts with carbon, they become thick and not flexible so on a product like this, the body shop needs to force the lip onto the bumper and secure it very tightly.

All of the CF overlayed products we have produced fit very well (there has been reviews). When we feel that some work needs to be done on behalf of your body shop, we let you know and lower the product price. I think its fare.
