I am out to sunny California for the next 11 days for my brother's wedding :-)
Santa Clara, San Jose, San Francisco Area.

Anything I should do or place I should visit - let me know.

I will be back on the 6th of October.

Raja - have a great trip. If you haven't been out there before (sounds like you haven't), you are in for a treat. San Francisco is the most beautiful large city in the US.

There are the usual touristy things to do and tons of places to eat. But besides the usual stuff, you should check out Point Reyes while you are out there. A beautiful national park. Not sure if you're into nature, wildlife, hiking, or photography, but if so, check it out.

Raja, make sure you check out the Redwood State Part outside of San Fran. It is amazing!

Yes! Old growth Redwood trees are amazing. Muir Woods is very cool too, if the crowds aren't too bad.

I agree with you guys, SF is the only "city" that I have found to be a worthy destination. The wife and I are off the beaten path types and prefer remote areas of the Rockies, Sierras and the Desert SW. But we love SF!
