Another Update:
I just talked to my buddy who works at the VDC and he gave me the following info on my car.

-It cleared customs this morning (12/07) and will be driven to VDC.
-It will be washed and go through inspection today and will be released for shipping (if there is no damage)(knocking on wood).
-He said, it will most likely ship out today or tomorow and will be at my dealer's lot no later than 48 hrs....

According to my friend Monday redelivery is looking really good for me.......

Any chance your friend can get updates on other cars? I am really hoping to get my car no later than Sunday because if I can't then it will be real hard for me to get it before the following weekend. Let me know if he can help and I will give you the car details.

The cars are in and have cleared customs. I picked mine up yesterday! I couldn't get the photo to attach. I'll try later.

i'm assuming you didn't do ED then? It seems like those that ordered it have gotten their cars in and are ready for pickup because those cars have higher priority.

I talked to my buddy again this morning..... Here are the latest facts about my car which was ED:

-It cleared the 9-11 check yesterday (12-07)
-VDC checked the car for damages, washed it and relased it this morning (12-08)
-Mine is at the transport dock now which is expected to leave for the dealership sometime during the day.
-I dropped the car off with 70 miles and my buddy says it has 72 now :-)

Overall, he said everythig looks perfect on it and I should be getting some pictures of my car while it was at VDC taken by my friend..... I will post them.

any idea if they plan to send all the cars that did ED today to their respective dealerships today? Or is that dependent on when the dealerships send out a truck to the port to pick up the cars?

They should be sending them out pretty soon since most of them should of cleared the 9-11 check by now.... My friend went and looked for my car and brought it over to VDC himself to speed things up :rocks: But I don't think it will make that much of a diffrence. He just rocks!

i know some of you who have done ED and have gotten your cars i hope you guys are enjoying every bit of it! just out of curiosity anyone did their ED through Nick Alexander BMW? If so have you gotten your car yet?

I got the call from the dealership on Saturday and they were expecting the car at any min..... Since the dealership is 300 miles away from where I am, I will be taking Monday off from work to take delivery of the car..... I should be able to post pictures (hopefully) in 24 hrs from now.

I just got done with the road trip. Already have 1500 miles on the car. Good news is that I am done breaking it in and didn't get any dents or dings on the way home. The car performed great, especially at night, in the rain driving throught the Redwood National Forest. The adaptive headlights were great for that road. I'm super pleased with the car.

Congrads.....I wish I can already be done with breakin period. News isn't that great for me.... All the reain we are having lately means snow in the passes. I cancelled my trip to Eastern Washington this morning due to weather conditions..... I don't wanna go pick up the car and wreck it (knock on wood) because of the snow tires it has.... I'll just have toa wait now until these darn storms pass

Finally picked up the car today..... Mountain passes were so bad going over to Eastern Washington, we ended up going south to Central Oregon, West to Portland and drove up to Seattle on I-5....without a drop of rain :-) She is home safe and sound......

Overall Notes:
-One German Plate was gone. (dealer claims detail boy threw it away by mistake.....more like he probably stole it)
-The correct floor mats were not in place. Dealer sold me a pair at their cost and gave me contact info for ED indicating that I can seek for credit (I doubt I will be successful).
-There were only 3 more miles put on the car since drop off.
-Rear Fog Mod completed 10 min after we got home.....

Thank You. I am not thinking about getting my windows tinted for now. I might change my mind in the future though..... I have couple of other minor things planned for it 1st

ya, it's up here, but some jerk already bumped into the back of it and left two marks where the screws hold in the front plate.
