Decal:

What do you guys think about decals?

i might start putting decals on my AW 07 E90.

staring with this decal:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/D044-TOYO-TIRES-D...4.c0.m14.l1262

opinion needed.

if anyone has a good picture of e9x with decals plz post them up, so i can get an idea of how to start.

the picture of e92 below is a good example of what i want mine to be done like. "decals below side mirror"

thank you:

Don't put decals on unless you are getting sponsored. Takes away the clean looks of the car.

+1 Even if you're sponsored...chose the placement and size carefully.

same here, i was thinking about getting decals only for those mods that have currently have. i saw a e90 track car with decals on in one of my local shop, n decided to give a try for mine as well.

Your care, you can do what you want with it.

Decals can look good if done right

Save that $7.99 for the sticker and ad it to your modding fund.

My last car had 15 stickers on it for only a few days for a show. I didnt have to buy any of the stickers though.... some were sponsors and some were club affiliations..... some were just for the attention

That M3 looks like a rolling advertisement. Decals are cool for shows but... I just wouldn't. I have a lot of decals under my hood of my turbo civic but I always contemplate taking them all off.

I agree, I think decals are only good if you are sponsored and they are paying you for it. Otherwise NO

I think most cars that look good with decals are the ones that are heavily modded, and look good because of the mods, not the decals!

I personally am not a fan of decals but if it’s small and subtle ok. I think it takes away from clean look these cars have. My 2 cents..
