Thanks!
No turbo for me, I'd rather get the gt3, but I need a 2nd seat so that'll have to wait ![]() Couple more images added. Sorry for the poor image quality, I had no time this week to get some, and today light was too contrasty to get something better. I'll post some more in the next few days hopefully. |

Thanks, I thought about it but they require at least 100 posts in order to place an add in the classifieds. While I could swarm the forum with 'dittos' and '+1s' to quickly reach that number I'm not sure I want to spam the forums like that. I'll try to contact the mods and see if they let me to place the add anyway.

Do you know if the Lease Transfer thru Porsche releases you entirely from Lease Obligation? I transferred a lease from a different Lessor and my name was moved to secondary responsible party - not all Lessors will release you from credit obligation so if the new Lessee defaults on a payment, both of your credit reports are affected.
It looks like Porsche Financial holds you responsible even after the transfer. Check the info out in this link and call them to verify. The FAQ section of the lease site is very good. I'm still monitoring the monthly payments on a lease I transferred to another Lessor. Good thing I found a doctor with a second who co-signed for him since he was from out of the country and wanted a lease to end at the same time mine did. (I kept my login ID for the web site where payments were being made so I watch the payments. I also asked the person to stay 2 months ahead on the payment schedule which he agreed to and has continued to do - this avoided me from paying for the credit insurance which was pretty expensive but protects you against a bad credit mark if the new Lessee misses payments.) http://www.swapalease.com/help_files...co.asp?coid=37 Good luck with your Lease Transfer! |

Thanks,
Porsche keeps the original lessee responsible, which is unfortunate, but I am aware of their policy. MB and BMW are much better as they release the original lessee from the contract. It's a risk I have to take, but that's why I'm looking for a responsible person with a very good credit history. I have couple people interested already, we'll see how it goes. |
