installation of fog & angel lights on e90 lci!!

Hey I have a 2009 328i lci with the mtech bumper and xenon lights. I am getting these week the mtec bulbs to replace my fog lights as well as my Angel lights. But I really not sure how to change them. If anyone can post some pics of how to do it or tell me I will appreciated.
