German License Plate in the state of NJ
Hey Guys,
Ive seen a few license plates on the front bumper of some cars and NJ tags in the rear. I just wanna know what is the violaition if i get pulled over, is the ticket expensive? Some cars dont even have a tag in the front but i know in NJ you have to, All help is appreciated! Thanks!

why not put your NY plate on a tow hook holder and then a euro plate on your bumper?
best of both worlds lol

Well it depends, do the front plate numbers match the rear? If you slap on a random EU plate on your car, there is a very high chance of you getting a ticket. If you had the EU plate printed to match the back plate than most cops will let you slide; unless of course the cop is an asshole.

I run a euro plate in front and haven't been pulled over yet and I've had it on for more than a year too.

It just brings more attention to your car, you're better off with no plate. With no plate if they don't see the back of your car they can just think it's an out of state car.
