Pacific BMW SA recommendation?

First time servicing my 2007 335i and wanted to know if anyone can recommend a good Service Advisor at Pacific BMW that has knowledge of the various E9x issues.

I wanted to have them address the Soft stop issue with the brakes and I also noticed that on my NAV in Perspective mode I do not see any street names at any zoom. The build date for my car is 03/07.

I've been looking at the daeos for my car but didn't know if this is something that the SA would notice. Any SA's that are mod friendly?

i would say Marco fausto he's pretty straight forward and knows most of the issues has always taken care of me pretty well

Russell Wang. He's the most helpful SA I've had, not at just Pacific BMW, but ever.

He's the one that got my defective transmission replaced when every other dealership played dumb to save dough.

Perspective mode doesnt show street names.... At least in this version of the Nav software...
