Current Lease Rates on 328i Sport Wagon

Anyone have these? I was quoted what I think to be a bad deal and want to confirm:

328i Sport Wagon:

MSRP: $42,470
Quote: $41,000
Residual: .59
MF: .0029 (seems really high)

Approx. $1200 down (covers first month + title/tags)
Washington, DC (so 10% tax is rolled into the monthly rate)
36 mos. lease
12,000 miles = $741
15,000 miles = $753

They are wrong with the residual - should be 56%. The lowest MF they can give you is 0.00250, so they are marking yours up.

Do the numbers on a 335i sedan, and you'll find that it's cheaper to lease than a wagon.
