what would the lease payments be?

I am probably gonna lease a new car once I graduate from school in May. What do you guys think the lease payments would be on each of these:

1. e92 335-sport package, cold weather package, stick, brushed aluminum, leatherette, metallic paint.
2. e90 335- same options as the e92

I would be looking to lease the car for 36 months with 12k miles/year. I would rather put no money down if I could and I am pretty sure I could get a good deal from the dealer I would most likely go to (I used to work there, my father has bought a few cars from there, and my parents are good friends with the CFO of the dealership).

I have browsed around the BMW NA website and gone through the lease calculator there but I don't think it is that accurate. What do you guys think I might be paying for each of these leases. I would prob pay 500-1000 over invoice. Also, how much might it cost if I needed to get out of the lease i.e. I move somewhere and don't need a car anymore. Thanks for whatever info you might provide.

e90 would be 680-700 a month, e92 would be 700-720 a month at 1000 over invoice, 12k miles, and the base MF, will no cash out of pocket (all fees rolled in)... You can do some MSD's and get those numbers lower... see the lease threads in the order tracking forum...
