Black shrouds weren't available at time of purchase due to fitment issues.

do you realize that if you sum all of that up you are within 10% of what the current price for the IC is brand new from AA? mind you, its missing a vital part.

First of all you're wrong about the price being within 10% of the cost of a new intercooler.
And second the Shroud doesn't do much for as performance, otherwise I wouldn't have purchase the intercooler from AA in the first place.

How do you figure? AA sales this intercooler for 1100 plus shipping which is about 60.00 dollars. Grand total of 1160.00.. RE-CHECK your Calculations.

Far as you thinking, you need this shroud that doesn't even fit right on an E90, why don't you call AA ask them for dyno results with and without this shroud.

So next time you feel the need to hijack someone else thread and make ASSUMPTIONS that aren't even correct you should get your facts straight...

Why are you wanting to purchase an intercooler that is supposedly missing a” VITAL PART” as you put it anyways? You make absolutely no sense ..

Because if your story is true that it was not provided at the release date, I'm sure they would have no problem providing one. That's usually what a good seller/vendor does.
