HELP! how do i remove my LCI stock reflectors?!

hey guys.. this may be a n00b question..

but how do i remove my LCI stock reflectors?!

i've asked a couple of folks on here but with no luck. just got my painted reflectors and need to install them.. again, i have the LCI ones.

If they're like the E92 they're just stuck on there with (strong) double sided tape. It helps to heat up the area a bit with a heat gun or hair dryer, reach through under the fender and try peeling it while pushing in (on the face of the reflector) from the other side
