Limp mode, in 3rd during WOT

Hey guys, recently I installed all my mods:

AR catless DP
AE catless exhaust
Helix FMIC
Forge DV
Vishnu DCI
Procede Rev 2

The first day all was fine, i was at the track and managed to take down an e92 m3. Because of that im guessing my car was running good. I started noticing a few problems though. at Idle my rpm keeps going up an down and the Air/Fuel ratio displayed on the procede software kept going from 14 to 29 at idle. Some time it would settle though. The next day I went back to the track and was noticing some sort of inconsistency during WOT. Basically if I WOT 3rd gear my car would pull like hell then abit less and then like hell and so on and so on. Things went back to normal though later. The next day while WOT 3rd I got my first limp at about 6300 rpm. From that day, I keep going limp every time I reach 6300 rpm in 3rd.

Im running stage 3 at default settings. This only occurs on map 1. I never tried map 2 and in valet mode the car runs fine. Has anyone experienced something similar?

The Air/fuel reading is normal at idle. It is supposed to alternate between rich and lean when the car is running stoich (at idle and cruise). The only time is should settle is when under boost when the car runs rich.

As for the limp later on day 2, it could be anything. Since u have a rev2, first step would be to just read the code. Track days involve a lot of stress so it could be anything from a leak to a worn plug to a dying fuel pump. The code should give you an idea where to look.

6MT, im gonna data log the run and check the codes of the procede hopefully this will lead to the solution.

Im at 53,000km im guessing I should change my spark plugs. I also at my 3rd fuel pump. If i get a 4th one I might just kill myself...

if youre at 53,000km, you REALLY should change your plugs. Especially if you are doing track days. That will, most likely, take care of your issue. Until then, do ahead and upload the appropriate 6at map as it reduces boost slightly above 6000rpm making it much less likely for it yo misfire which is te Achilles heel of 6ats.

P114b

The plugs will take care of the cyl 5 and 6 misfire. But the other codes are from running a fully catless exhaust system. Are you running the o2 sim feature in the PROcede? Or are you just running the default map settings?

That's why u are getting the code. The o2 sim is disabled in the default map settings. To enable, sey o2 modifier to 80%.
