Bluetooth retrofit

I've read a few dozen post here about this and wondering if anyone has successfully got this working? I dont have idrive but am prepped for telephone. Some posted having language issues etc...

Well, unfortunately you will need to read some more as all the answers to all your possible questions have been answered already several times over explaining in detail how too many people got it working thru different sources: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=85149

Actually, that thread was just too confusing. The first post has updates, but still shows BIMMERNAV parts. half way through someone posts not to go with BIMMERNAV. (And yes, i did read it, thank you)

This thread was very helpful for me and ENFORCERMAN was awesome as well. PM'd him a few quick questions and he was very helpful.

Its not cheap, but man is it worth it!

I can get the kit, you then need to get your dealer to code it.

Can get a tested MULF2 Hi and the retrofit wiring for around $450, coding will be anywhere from an hour to 3 hours depending on your car and your dealer.

How much does the dealer charge to do this?

Most are around 100 an hour. And the MULF unit works in europe. I wouldnt try that on a US vehicle. Its nothing but problems. Once again, there is no cheap way to do the bluetooth retrofit.
