whats the difference between OEM and mtech spolier

Hey anyone knows what are the differences between the OEM spolier and Mtech spolier? pics will be appreciated. I think one of them have a little gap between the spolier and the trunk, Thank you!

M-Tech has the gap I believe.

mtech also sticks out a little further with a curve.
