Headlights D1S Bulbs Error

e90/07

I purchased a pair of D1S bulb to change my headlights' bulbs.
The weird thing is one of the bulb doesn't work and I've tried it on both side, also the good one.
Then I tried the bulb on my friend's C300 and it worked well.
Anybody know what is the issue?

I ordered it from DDM Tuning and I figured it out that one of the bulb didnt work because it's defective. It went off when I pressed the bottom bulb. The clip press it hard on the bottom so it went off.
They don't want to exchange it. What a seller. never buy from them.

I would see if DDM could exchange you out for another unit.

The MTEC D1S upgrade is another option if you want to avoid the error plague completely.

Yikes that's no good, typically these bulbs come with a 1 year warranty. Sorry to hear they can't help out

yeah..it sucks..i tried to call the seller a couple times and they just ignored me.
They tested the bulb, but they didn't try to press the bottom side.
Just one thing : never buy from DDM Tuning...
Pissed me off..
Thank You everybody...

I've found out the issue!
I tried it again last night.
Apparently, the bulb will turn off when I put it on the headlight's clip.
The point is the bulb will turn off when I press the bottom side of the bulb.
That is defective, right?
