Whistling sound when windows slightly down on LCI???
Question for you guys with new E90 LCI.
Can u hear whistling sound near driver side external mirror with windows down slightly? Tend to only hear it at night when it is quiet.

I tried to listen out on mine last night and deffinitly could not hear any noise. Interesting to hear that you have had a couple of things not up to scratch on your car. One thing I can honestly say is that my LCI is a world apart from my ex 2006 in terms of issues. My first E90 did many trips back to the dealer for little things in the first few months where as the LCI is all sound without issues. Just hope it stays this way ... touch wood.

Too late for me to touch wood.
Maybe bad luck. 1st was corning light, 2nd rear driver side hand rail, 3rd glove box, 4th wrong trim order 5th whistling sound.... Hopeful that is the end of the list. All rectify of cause except the whistling sound. Will wait to next service to get it looked at coz not major issue.

how annoying, all the best with it...nothing sticking out slightly frmo top or bottom of the mirror housing? i know some cars had a lose screw from the bottom of the mirror which caused such noise....worth a check?

I have not heard that sound from my 330d, I had a similar sound in my golf, the windscreen end of the bonnet needed to be adjusted down my a mm or so and the whistling sound was gone.
