it took a long time, but it appears the orders have been fulfilled.
There were probably countless issues that were beyond your control, yet you stood up front and took the shots. I know I threw several shots at you myself...yet you remained professional and got the job done.
Soooooo...I wanted to come out here and publicly apologize for giving you the gears over the past several months....your a good man in my books!

Hi Shiggy:
It's been a long process to get the sideskirts right to this point. We lost quite a bit of money for replacing the defect sets, but we stood behind our products and customers. We have been on E90post for about 3 years, and we are not here to make some quick bucks and just take off.
I was surprised to see your post. Thought it was another bashing one coming again
I really appreciate your comment.
Peace
Best regards,
Frank

Just ordered a pair of M3 skirts!

I guess I missed the group buy, huh.

Anyway, I can definitely post some pics once I get them on if anyone is interested in seeing what these look like in Titanium Silver.

Monaco Blue with the Mforce sideskirts

It's almost perfect. The front on both sides are still popping out, I guess I will need to get it glued in-place by the body shop. Driver side probably still need work, check the last pic

Anybody have success with the "bolt solution" to fix the slight bulge in the front?

Did my install today. Installation was pretty much a snap, and the fitment on these skirts is pretty good I think overall.

The only real major issue I am having is the bulge towards the front, more or less underneath the gap below the fender and the door (see pic). The skirt fits flush everywhere else. This seems to be the same issue many others have reported in this thread as well.

Earlier in the thread people were saying it was due to interference with some bolts. Has anyone tried/had any luck with replacing those two bolts towards the front with bolts with low profile heads (see other pic)? Or has anyone else found some other solution to the bulge issue?

Thanks,

Pedro

Shave the bolt a little down with dremel and also the contact point of the sideskirt where it meets the sideskirt...Get some betalink glue to adhere the front clips so it can stay in place...I have a perfect fitment now! Best fitment I have seen on aftermarket part thats for sure..They have it fitting pretty perfect....just have to work on it yourself to be totally perfect as you can see from my pics...BTW I also had the little gap/hole from the wheel whele and I used black betalink glue/epoxy to cover up that whole and it looks totally OEM!

Wow...nice work! Your install looks perfect!

Do you know offhand what size bolt that is? I might see if I can find a low profile replacement bolt before I try shaving it.

And yeah, other than the annoying bulge everything else about these skirts is pretty much perfect, color match and fitment everywhere else is spot on. They totally look OEM once you get them fitted right. I also think they make a HUGE difference to the look of the car. Just need to get the bulge issue resolved and I'll be ready to ROCK!

Don't know the size of the bolt, but I am sure you can pick it up at the dealer...Your not shaving the whole entire head of, just shaving about 1mm off the nut head with a dremel and some of it from the sideskirt to make it 100% flushed. Once it fits on nicely, get some betalink glue to keep it in place and prevent it from popping out....I wouldn't worry about shaving a little off that nut, its something that I would think would never have to be replaced! M-force Design has created one of the BEST fitting aftermarket part that I have seen, and I am coming from the Honda seen which aftermarket parts look like crap!!!
