Standing 1 mile runs and now including a car show, prizes, raffles, food etc. All the concerns from the last event have been address. TAG Heuer will be providing timing and scoring and a PA system will be in place so you know what is going by and how fast it is going by. Timing sheets will be provided to runners.

Those who want to show off and join the car show for prizes and other goodies. Maybe even a chance to run the mile if you win the show.

I know... the dates were very much up in the air due to all the big players being there. They just finalized the dates yesterday as I was told. The event they had planned for 11/7 for the pre-run to see who would qualify for the topgun run was cancelled. So now it is going to be all done on the same day.

This way all the exotics and regular cars will have the chance to show off who's the boss. We'll get to see if the non-exotics can take the crown from the big boys.

Rumor has it that the 911 that took the crown last time will be there to set a new top speed record hoping to break 215mph. Also, there should be a couple of Turbo Ford GTs there trying to take the crown home as well.

Just found out that a few big horsepower Vipers will be out there as well...
