Will my snow tire/wheel combo for 335xi fit 550?

Sorry if this is obvious but I was curious if upgrading to the 5 series I can keep my winter tire/wheels (or at least the wheels only and put slightly larger snows on them). The set I have is the 17x8 Rial Salerno and 225/45R17 Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3Ds. I know they'll look funny but I can put up with it for 3 months in exchange for a safer winter. Thanks.

The snow tires will be too short but the wheels might work. What exact year and model of 5 series are you considering?

Too low of an offset on the 550i. I doubt that they would work properly, sorry.
