Emergency Spare donut wheel

Does anyone know if PN 36116750007 (black steel wheel) will fit 323i that has 205/55R16
Will it fit as is or will it need any special spacers?

If you order the E60 compact spare kit from Tischer (comes with jack etc.), the part number is 36116758778 - at least for the one I just received last week. This has been shown to clear the brakes on a 335, so I'm sure that would work on a 323. No idea on the part number you list or how to compare the two. Link to Tischer kit:
