I agree it is a very noisy and clanky clutch for a stock setup. I think the dual mass flywheel plays a large role in that. It just seems to have too many "controls" associated with it that kinda takes away from it. Like the uphill assist, the shift delay valve (which most remove), the software shifting delays, etc. I just want a manual clutch with no interference. A solid 1-piece flywheel that is lighter in weight and a strong clutch that won't slip. I hated the dual-mass flywheel in my 350z as well. JWT ftw on that car...

But anyways i guess i'll let it be for now. But if it does get worse i'll have crevier look at it.. |

I have both sounds on my car. The shutdown rattle is not consistant, it probably does it 1 in every 5 shutdowns. The clutch rattle is always present once the car warms up. I will mention it on my 1 year service list and see what they say.
