2010 328Xi lease GTA

Hi I know there is a buying/leasing forum but I thought since this is local Canada forum I thought I will try it here. I want to know for those who are leasing a similar model if im getting a good deal

I am trying to get a lease on a 2010 328 Xi with NAV, Premium package and Sport package

39 month lease
24k/year
0 down

$4350 due on signing
$720/month.

I really want a 335Xi but I have to justify the car payments for it.

Mods if you need this moved, I understand.

I ordered the almost exact same car in late October. A 2010 328xi sedan with nav, sport, premium, and sound packages. I am not leasing, but I got it all in for $55k (this included winter mats, 6NF Smart Phone Integration for an iPhone, and half off 3M Clear Bra). The discount was about 5%. I think I could have gotten more, but I figured it was a pretty decent deal. So hopefully based off that you can figure a deal for your lease. Hope that helps.

When did a 328 become that expensive??? Please tell me it is after 13% tax! I paid less on my E92 335i with metallic paint, Navi, sp, usb and bt (was a $1100 option on 08 and Navi is a $3000 option too). And winter mats should be free automatically! And my monthly payment is $760 tax in if 0 down but it is hard to compare since I got 61% resisdual

Are you leasing?

The 328Xi starts at $44K

$2500 for Premium Package
$2000 for Navigation
$1500 for Sport Package

Thats an even $50K. They are willing to slash 7% off MSRP

I think you got a very good residual value. Right now I think its about 52%.

Sorry only 5% here in Alberta. I figured I could have done better. You got a pretty awesome deal if you got a new E92 335i for that. There at a total of 4 BMW dealers in Alberta I believe (2 in Edmonton and 2 in Calgary), and they have been doing pretty awesome the last couple of years. I think the general consensus is that it's harder to get a good deal in Alberta. But I am still excited for my car!

P.S. PDI is $2K here too!

$760/mth with zero down, thats very good.

I am going to be ordering (Financing) the E92 335xi early next year with M, Individual Audio, Navi and Comfort Access package. Which comes out to approx $63,900.

My plan is to pay $1,000 per month with zero down for 5yrs. The pay it fully after 5yrs. Not that I can't afford to put a down payment but I'd rather invest it.

No it is 61% 20k km/yr 3 yr lease and 2% interest rate. Wasn't you got the car around the same time as me? the resisdual was that high back in time before everyone talking about brink US car aboard.

I'm honestly not sure. The number 52% sounds right though... I'd have to check my records to verify.
