BMW Employee Lease Take Over! LOWERED UPFRONT!

*** I HAVE LOWERED THE UPFRONT AMOUNT TO $1500.00 from $1800.00***

It's reached that time again folks. My kilomters are creeping higher every day and you guys can take advantage of my low lease payment.

http://www.leasebusters.com/en/detai...t.asp?ID=89054

$698.72/Month Taxes Included with only $1500 upfront.

That $1500 upfront will include the costs for the lease transfer.
You get to keep my security deposit of $700 at the end of the lease as well =)
Check out the details on the leasebuster post.

The vehicle is equipped with the Premium Package, M Sport Package and USB Audio Integration.

Give me a call on my cell at 416-818-5387 or e-mail me at davidk@bmwdurham.ca (I'll receive these e-mails immediately at anytime)

The reason for the high kilometers in such a short amount of time is because i live in Richmond Hill and work out in Ajax. This is all 404/401 driving.

Thanks for taking a look and don't hesitate to ask any questions.

This lease on a Brand New 2010 135i Coupe that is identically equipped would work as follows:

Interest Rate: 4.9% @ 42 Months
Monthly Payment including Taxes: $812.39
Kilometers Allowance: 20,000kms/Year

Due on Delivery: $4875.55 (Includes Freight, PDI, First Payment, Security Deposit, Admin Fee, Gas Tax, Air Tax, PPSA and License Transfer)

I get the vehicle at invoice and a lowered interest rate (at the time) because of the loyalty program at BMW.

There is no one out there with a lower payment with the same amount due on delivery, guaranteed.

Thanks for taking a look!

-David

The monthly payment looks good but I'm just wondering why there's a freight and pdi charge considering this is a used car? I've read some posts about other members negotiating to waive the freight and pdi IIRC on demo cars....if this applies then I'll be very interested

i don't think you're reading it right. it means he paid 4700 in frieght and stuff upfront when he bought the car, but he's only asking 1500 now.

Hi Guys,

Just to clarify, the payments i have in my post above are what the vehicle would cost today if you were to walk into a showroom and get a brand new 2010 135i coupe.

I paid Freight and PDI but i have rolled that into my payments.

My original upfronts were around $1800.00 and that's why i wanted to recoup that amount.

I have since lowered my upfronts to $1500.00

And plus, you get to keep my $700 Security Deposit on the vehicle at the end of the lease term.

Thank you for all the inquiries so far. I think it's gonna go soon =)
