Downpipes?

Hey guys I'm gonna be removing my rr catless dp's, because the dealer won't fix my wastegate rattle with tthem installed. When I remove them do I also have to remove the o2 simulators?? Or is it fine to leave the sims installed?

P.s does ne one have any reccomendations on a shop in the OC area to remove my downpipes for a good price?

Thx
